Before these queries are routed to ChatGPT for answers, we anonymize and eliminate any customer’s confidential data. The details concerning this service are regulated by the applicable license agreement.
Administrators from the customer’s side can access a dashboard which provides aggregated statistics on software usage. Our (sub-)processors, located solely in Switzerland, ensure data remains secure and protected.
For any queries or clarifications related to data processed via STARKGPT, users are encouraged to directly approach the organization that holds the software license.
